Carpet Cleaning Review

I am writing this in appreciation of your serviceman, Alberto Grillis.

I have just moved to a condo in Chicago. In the past weeks, I have been dealing with service people. I have found that for the most part they are rude, have kept me waiting, not to mention that many are not efficient and capable. So when I ordered "Certified Carpet Cleaners" I have to admit I was apprehensive.

Alberto arrived exactly on time. The doorman gave him some difficulties with parking, and Alberto said: "I've got a customer waiting!" When has a service person ever worried about being late?

This was new.

Then Alberto came in, went right to work, never took a break, told me how to care for my carpet afterwards. He was polite and well informed. My carpet looks wonderful.

I would recommend your service to anyone.

I am writing in praise of the way you run your company - I have never, with any company providing cleaning services enjoyed such highly professional pleasant staff, delivering excellent results - as I've enjoyed Certified Carpet Cleaners.

This is my second experience with you and I'm spreading the word about you!

I would especially like to recognize Daniel Walleck and his co-worker for the obvious care they gave my carpet this week - all my spots couldn't come out, but I feel they gave the job everything they had.

Air Duct Cleaning Review

So often as late, prices go up and quality goes down. Not so with Mike and J.O.T.S.
Mike took extra care to help clean up this older house we've moved into, and it has made a big difference.

Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning Review

Today your company did a complete servicing my condo. Your people completely scrubbed and cleaned my carpeting and my white leather recliner chair. As I am a retired business man, I feel you are entitled to a "Critique" of the job.

1. Timing - your crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly 
2. The Crew - Jennifer, David and Victor performed their work with a conscientious and professional attitude. 
3. As I am a blind person, my assistant Ms. Reath informed me that my carpeting and chair looked brand new!

In this day of rush-rush timing and less concentration on personal performance, I want you to know your company does an excellent job and charges a very fair price.
